Chuck Proudfit is the Founder and President of SKILLSOURCE®. His extensive corporate expertise comes from general management at three industry-leading firms: the Procter & Gamble Company, the Ernest & Julio Gallo Winery, and LensCrafters Corporation. As a business student at Harvard University, Chuck pioneered the school’s undergraduate organizational development curriculum.

Since its launch in 1995, SKILLSOURCE® has grown to serve a national client base. With a staff of both employees and contractors, the firm assembles talent flexibly around each project to best meet client needs. SKILLSOURCE® has received numerous recognitions over the years, but Chuck is especially fond of a Torch Award commendation for business ethics from the Better Business Bureau.

Chuck is an executive board member with Self Sustaining Enterprises, generating profits for philanthropy through entrepreneurial ventures; with Nuway Foundation, combatting poverty in Nigeria; and with Good Cities, revitalizing communities. He is a Co-Founder of NET (Neighborhoods Embracing Transformation), serves on the Corporate Leadership Team for Transform our World, and is an Elder at Grace Chapel. An avid educator, Chuck has been an adjunct faculty member at the Great Oaks Institute and Cincinnati Christian University.

Chuck has been quoted, interviewed, profiled and published in print and digital media, radio and television, across the U.S. and overseas. Chuck is the co-author of BIZNISTRY: Transforming Lives through Enterprise (available at www.amazon.com), and the author of Citywide Marketplace Ministry in a Box. He holds a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do under U.S. Olympic Coach Hong Kong Kim. Chuck and his wife Jeryl have two children adopted from South Korea.
